What is Unsaid? A Community Expressive Arts Studio
WHEN: Saturday May 25th
TIME: 10am – 1pm
WHERE: CLOUD 9 Studios 319b 4th St. Courtenay Vancouver Island, BC
WHAT: Paint – Write – Move – Be. What is Unsaid? Enjoy three hours of freeform art making exploring What Is Unsaid within you. This lively Expressive Arts exploration is lightly facilitated with a short warm-into the room and a closing circle. Expect: individual space to create, plus the option to co-create a group piece together. We will be using: paint, paper, words, bobbles and feathers, driftwood and glue guns, many things to create, to discover, and to express. Expect play. Count on eruptions of joy. Practice permission to be with what is. This is what ‘Living Story’ looks like. No arts experience necessary. Everything we do in the room is always invitational.

Tina Overbury is an Expressive Arts Therapist (in training), Workshop Facilitator, Storyteller, Story Coach and Communications Specialist works with expression, and story structure as a vehicle for human connection. As an Expressive Artist, and Expressive Arts Therapist (in training) Tina offers visceral and restorative storytelling experiences rooted in land-based understanding, myth, mysticism, and always with a spirit of PLAY.
