What is Unsaid? An Expressive Arts Weekend celebrating International Women’s Day exploring the stories that live in our body, in relationship to the land/place we are from, and in the way we paint the world with our expression.

WHAT: Paint – Write – Move – Be. What is Unsaid? An Expressive Arts Full Day Workshop – the second of three separate Expressive Arts Events (Friday Story Evening, Saturday Workshop, Sunday Individual Sessions). Snacks will be provided. Bring a bag lunch or enjoy the cafes close by (45 min lunch break).

Join Tina Overbury for a Therapeutic Expressive Arts Workshop using: paint, the written word, movement and stillness as we explore the stories that live in our body, whisper to us from places we are from, and remind us of the wisdom we already have. Expect play. Count on eruptions of joy. Practice permission to be with what is. This is what ‘Living Story’ looks like. No arts experience necessary. Everything we do in the room is always invitational. Workshop is limited to 16 participants.
Tina Overbury is an Expressive Arts Therapist (in training), Workshop Facilitator, Storyteller, Story Coach and Communications Specialist works with expression, and story structure as a vehicle for human connection. As an Expressive Artist, and Expressive Arts Therapist (in training) Tina offers visceral and restorative storytelling experiences rooted in land-based understanding, myth, mysticism, and always with a spirit of PLAY.
